How it works:
Orchestrator, QE and APE
Integrating TAUS into Phrase doesn't require a heavy engineering lift. It uses the next-gen Phrase Orchestrator through two pre-built workflow templates.
Once machine pre-translation is completed in Phrase, the first Orchestrator workflow automatically sends the content to TAUS EPIC and instantly runs Quality Estimation (QE), assigning a confidence score to every segment. If a segment scores poorly, it triggers Automated Post-Editing (APE), using LLMs to fix errors
The second Orchestrator workflow receives the updated translations and scores from EPIC and pushes them seamlessly back into your Phrase project.

The CAT Web Editor Experience
Your linguists don't need to learn a new tool. When they open the Phrase CAT web editor, they will see a notification that the job was edited by EPIC. They will see the exact QE score for each segment and an "Edited by EPIC" icon indicating which strings were autonomously fixed.
