We have 4 separate localization teams; Marketing and Dell.com, Support, Product Documentation, and Dell Software Group. Translation work within those groups is centralized. All linguistic work is outsourced. We support 28 languages for Dell.com product content (all PEMT), 12 languages for support content (predominantly raw MT), and fewer or more language pairs for software and product documentation depending on where products are sold and regulatory requirements.
